骨质疏松症是一种以骨密度减少为主要特征的骨骼系统疾病,严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量,其发病机制较为复杂。硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白(TXNIP)是一种重要的信号转导分子,已在多种疾病中显示出关键作用。近年来的研究表明,TXNIP信号通路在骨质疏松症的发病机制中扮演着重要角色,TXNIP信号通路可通过调节炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞凋亡等多种机制参与骨质疏松症的发生和发展过程。因此,TXNIP信号通路可能成为治疗骨质疏松症的新靶点,为该疾病的防治提供新的导向。该综述总结了TXNIP信号通路在骨质疏松症中的作用机制,探讨了TXNIP在骨质疏松症中的潜在作用靶点及可能的治疗途径。未来的研究应进一步探究TXNIP信号通路与骨质疏松症之间的分子机制,并借助这一研究成果开发新的治疗手段,以提高骨质疏松症的治疗效果。 |

Osteoporosis is a skeletal system disease characterized by a decrease in bone mineral density, which seriously affects the physical health and quality of life of patients. Its pathogenesis is complex. Thioredoxin interacting protein (TXNIP) is an important signaling molecule that has shown critical roles in various diseases. Recent studies have shown that TXNIP signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. TXNIP signaling pathway participates in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis by regulating various mechanisms such as inflammatory response, oxidative stress, and cell apoptosis. Therefore, TXNIP signaling pathway may become a new target for the treatment of osteoporosis, providing new directions for the prevention and treatment of this disease. In this review, the research progress in the mechanism of TXNIP signaling pathway in osteoporosis is summarized, and the potential targets and possible therapeutic pathways of TXNIP in osteoporosis are explored. Future research should further explore the molecular mechanism between the TXNIP signaling pathway and osteoporosis, and use this research result to develop new treatment methods to improve the therapeutic effect of osteoporosis. |
