| 血管在骨骼的生长发育和新陈代谢中具有重要的作用。其中，H型血管作为骨髓中一种独特的血管类型，与成骨活性紧密相连，拥有其特有的生物学特性，如CD31和EMCN双阳性表达。H型血管主要分布于长骨的松质骨内，其关键功能是为生长板附近的细胞提供充足的营养，确保骨骼健康发育。此外，H型血管还能通过旁分泌机制影响骨祖细胞和破骨细胞的增殖与分化，从而构建一个有利于新骨生成的微环境。随着研究的深入，H型血管在骨折、骨质疏松、骨关节炎、骨缺损及肿瘤骨转移等多种骨相关疾病的生理和病理过程中所扮演的角色逐渐显现。本文概述了H型血管在骨形成及骨相关疾病中的作用，旨在为理解骨骼疾病的发病机制提供新的视角，并为新治疗策略的开发提供潜在的靶点。 |

| Blood vessels play a crucial role in bone development and metabolism. Among them, H-type blood vessels, as a special type of blood vessels closely related to osteogenic activity in bone marrow, have unique biological characteristics. During its formation, H-type blood vessels show double positive expressions of CD31 and EMCN. H-type blood vessels are mainly formed in the cancellous bone of long bone. Their main function is to provide adequate nutritional support for the cells near the growth plate to ensure the normal development of bone. In addition, H-type vessels also affect the proliferation and differentiation of bone progenitor cells and osteoclasts through paracrine, thus creating a microenvironment conducive to the formation of new bone. With the deepening of research, it is gradually found that H-type blood vessels play a key role in the physiological and pathological processes of various bone-related diseases such as fracture, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, bone defect, and tumor bone metastasis. In this paper, the role of H-type vessels in bone formation and bone-related diseases is briefly reviewed, with a view to provide a new perspective for understanding the pathogenesis of bone diseases and a potential target for developing new therapeutic strategies. |
