      软骨损伤是临床常见关节疾患的主要病理状态,及时有效地治疗对延缓病情发展、减轻患者疼痛有至关重要的作用,然而软骨因缺少血管等营养组织及较低的细胞增殖和迁移能力,在损伤后几乎难以自我修复,这成为临床治疗的难点问题。干细胞因具有自我更新和定向分化潜能,可以分化为多种特化细胞,因此被视为治疗软骨损伤的最有潜力的方法之一。研究发现某些中药提取物及中药复方能够通过激活软骨生成相关信号通路或上调诱导软骨分化生长因子表达等方式促进干细胞分化为软骨细胞,并增加软骨细胞外基质合成,有效促进干细胞成软骨分化修复软骨损伤。本文就中药促进干细胞成软骨分化的机制与研究进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗软骨损伤提供有效借鉴。

      Cartilage injury is the main pathological state of common joint diseases in clinical practice, and timely and effective treatment plays a vital role in delaying the progression of the disease and alleviating the pain of patients, However, due to the lack of vegetative tissues such as blood vessels and low cell proliferation and migration ability, cartilage is almost difficult to repair itself after injury, which has become a difficult problem in clinical treatment. Stem cells are considered to be one of the most promising methods for the treatment of cartilage injury due to their potential for self-renewal and directed differentiation, which can differentiate into a variety of specialized cells. Studies have found that some TCM extracts and TCM compounds can promote the differentiation of stem cells into chondrocytes by activating chondrogenesis-related signaling pathways or up-regulating the expression of growth factors for chondrogenesis, and increase the synthesis of chondrocyte extracellular matrix, effectively promoting the differentiation of stem cells into cartilage and repairing cartilage damage. This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting the differentiation of stem cells into cartilage, in order to provide an effective reference for the clinical treatment of cartilage injury.
