| 人体的昼夜节律系统根据地球昼夜光线的变化调整一系列生理活动，骨骼肌作为外周时钟的组成之一，其正常生理活动受到昼夜节律的调节。研究显示昼夜节律参与骨骼肌的分化和再生，调控骨骼肌的结构和功能，影响骨骼肌蛋白合成，以及调节骨骼肌的能量代谢。昼夜节律的失调或破坏可导致肌少症的发生。本文探讨了昼夜节律对骨骼肌的影响和可能的机制、昼夜节律紊乱对以肌少症为代表的骨骼肌相关疾病发生发展中的作用，将昼夜节律作为骨骼肌相关疾病的靶点，旨在为其发病机制和干预措施提供新的研究方向。 |

| The human circadian system regulates a series of physiological activities in response to changes in the earth's circadian light, as one of the components of the peripheral molecular clock, the normal physiological activities of skeletal muscle are regulated by circadian rhythm. Research has demonstrated that the circadian rhythm plays a role in skeletal muscle differentiation and regeneration, regulates skeletal muscle structure and function, influences skeletal muscle protein synthesis, and adjusts energy metabolism in skeletal muscle. It is important to note that dysregulation or disruption of the circadian rhythm may cause sarcopenia. The aim of this paper is to explore the effects and mechanisms of circadian rhythm on skeletal muscle, as well as the role of circadian rhythm disorders in the development and progression of skeletal muscle-related diseases represented by sarcopenia. Using circadian rhythm as a target for skeletal muscle-related diseases provides new research directions for pathogenesis and interventions. |
