      骨骼细胞是力学敏感细胞,机械应力对骨组织重建过程起着至关重要的作用,机械应力通过细胞骨架网络系统将胞外力学信号逐层传入胞内,并激活相关蛋白及信号通路将机械信号转化为生物化学信号,进一步调控细胞的生物学行为。其中肌动蛋白细胞骨架对机械应力高度响应,在细胞骨架参与应力调控骨骼细胞进行骨重建过程中起主要作用。研究机械应力如何影响骨组织的形成十分重要,这对丰富理论机制和提供新的临床诊治思路及药物作用靶点都有着深远意义。本文综述了机械应力通过细胞骨架调控骨骼细胞进行骨重建的研究进展,为后续相关研究提供了理论支持及参考。
英文摘要:
      Skeletal cells are mechanosensitive, and mechanical stress playing a crucial role in the process of bone remodeling. Mechanical stress transduces mechanical signals into biochemical signals through the cytoskeleton, and activates relevant proteins and signaling pathways to convert mechanical signals into biochemical signals, further regulates the cell fate. Among these, actin cytoskeleton highly responds to mechanical stress and regulates bone remodeling. It is very important to study how mechanical stress affects the formation of bone, it enriches the theoretical mechanisms and provides new insights into clinical diagnosis and treatment, as well as potential drug targets. This review summarizes the research progress on how mechanical stress regulates bone remodelingthrough the cytoskeleton, offering theoretical support and a reference for subsequent related studies.
