| 目的 全面分析1975-2024年类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）与骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）研究的国际动态和趋势，揭示该领域的研究热点，为未来研究方向和治疗策略提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学分析方法，通过Web of Science核心数据库检索相关研究文献。使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行国家、机构、作者、期刊及关键词的共现和聚类分析，从而评估研究动态和知识结构。结果 分析了共1506篇文献，文章发表量自2000年以来显著增长，在2021年达到高峰。美国、日本和中国在该研究领域居于领先地位。关键词共现分析揭示“RANKL”“骨密度”“氧化应激”等为研究热点。聚类分析显示RA与OP之间的复杂联系，以及生物标志物在疾病管理中的潜在价值。结论 RA与OP的研究呈现出明显的增长趋势和不断演化的研究热点。中国研究者在该领域的贡献显著，未来应加强国际合作，深化对疾病机制的理解，促进疾病管理和治疗策略的创新。 |

| Objective To comprehensively analyze the international dynamics and trends of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoporosis (OP) research between 1975 and 2024, to reveal the research hotspots in this field, and to provide references for future research directions and treatment strategies. Methods Bibliometric analysis was used to retrieve relevant research literature through Web of Science core database. Co-occurrence and clustering analyses of countries, institutions, authors, journals, and keywords were performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software, so as to assess the research dynamics and knowledge structure. Results A total of 1506 documents were analyzed, with a significant increase in article publications since 2000, peaking in 2021. The United States, Japan and China are leaders in this field of research. Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that "RANKL" "bone mineral density" and "oxidative stress" were the hot research topics. Cluster analysis revealed the complex association between RA and OP and the potential value of biomarkers in disease management. Conclusion The research on RA and OP shows a clear growing trend and evolving research hotspots. Chinese researchers have made remarkable contributions in this field, and international cooperation should be strengthened in the future to deepen the understanding of disease mechanisms and promote innovation in disease management and treatment strategies. |
