| 目的 探讨中老年人群反式番茄红素与骨质疏松症发生的相关性。方法 研究对象来自2017年至2018年的NHANES研究,搜集患者基本信息、实验室检查结果及骨密度,使用多元Logistic逻辑回归分析探讨血清反式番茄红素与骨质疏松症发生的相关性。结果 骨质疏松症组的女性患者占比、血清α胡萝卜素、α隐黄素、β隐黄素、反式β胡萝卜素、顺式β胡萝卜素、叶黄素和玉米黄素I高于非骨质疏松症组。骨质疏松症组的BMI、反式番茄红素、番茄红素总量及视黄醇低于非骨质疏松症组。多元Logistic逻辑回归分析显示,血清反式番茄红素与骨质疏松症发生有关。结论 在中老年人群中,低水平的血清反式番茄红素可能与骨质疏松症发生风险升高有关。 |

| Objective To explore the correlation between trans-lycopene and osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly population. Methods The research subjects were from the NHANES study from 2017 to 2018. Patients information, laboratory tests, and bone mineral density were collected. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to explore the correlation between serum trans-lycopene and the incidence of osteoporosis. Results The proportion of female patients and the levels of α-Carotenoids, α-Cryptoflavin, β-Cryptoflavin, trans-β-Carotenoids, cis-β-Carotenoids, lutein, and zeaxanthin I in the osteoporosis group were higher than those in non osteoporosis group. BMI, trans-lycopene, total lycopene, and retinol in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the non osteoporosis group. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that serum trans-lycopene is associated with the occurrence of osteoporosis. Conclusion In the middle-aged and elderly population, there is a correlation between serum trans-lycopene and the occurrence of osteoporosis. |
