| 骨髓间充质干细胞是人体内具有多向分化功能的细胞,在骨代谢和骨稳态调节过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。骨髓间充质干细胞分化是一个多机制协同调控的复杂过程,组蛋白去乙酰化酶6(histone deacetylase 6,HDAC6)与骨髓间充质干细胞分化功能密切相关,并通过影响Runx2、Osx、PPAR-γ和C/EBPα的表达水平,调节下游信号通路,调控骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨-成脂分化。笔者就HDAC6调控骨髓间充质干细胞成脂分化和成骨分化的相关机制进行综述。 |

| Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are cells with multi-directional differentiation function in the human body, playing an extremely important roles in bone metabolism and bone homeostasis regulation. The differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is a complex process controlled by multiple mechanisms. It has been found that histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is closely related to the differentiation function of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and regulates downstream signaling pathways by affecting the expression levels of Runx2, Osx, PPAR-γ, and C/EBP α, regulating the osteogenic adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. This article reviews the relevant mechanisms of HDAC6 in regulating adipogenic and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. |
