| 骨质疏松症的患病率在全球范围内一直呈上升趋势，随着人口老龄化，需要在新的领域寻求治疗方案。其中一个区域是脂肪因子的区域，包括脂联素和瘦素；然而，其他新型脂肪因子，如visfatin、apelin和Chemerin等，在临床上开始受到关注。目前有大量文献强调了脂肪因子具有促炎和抗炎特性，可以通过促进成骨细胞生成和抑制细胞程序性死亡在骨代谢中发挥作用，影响多种骨骼疾病的病理生理过程，与不同方式的骨丢失之间的联系，调控骨质疏松症的进展。甚至在肌肉骨骼系统中，脂肪因子的研究已经开始在生物化学水平上揭示肌肉和骨骼之间的动态关系，所以了解不同类型的脂肪因子在骨质疏松症预后中的地位，对于研究人员和临床医生研究治疗和预防骨质疏松症至关重要。该综述旨在强调不同类型脂肪因子在骨质疏松症中的作用以及治疗潜力。 |

| The prevalence of osteoporosis has been on the rise globally, and with an aging population, therapeutic options need to be sought in new areas. One of the regions is the area of adipokines, including adiponectin and leptin; however, other novel adipokines, such as visfatin, apelin, and chemerin, are beginning to receive clinical attention. Now there is a large body of literature emphasizing that adipokines have pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory properties and can play a role in bone metabolism by promoting osteoclastogenesis and inhibiting programmed cell death, affecting the pathophysiological processes of a variety of skeletal disorders, linking to different modes of bone loss, and modulating the progression of osteoporosis. Even in the musculoskeletal system, studies of adipokines have begun to reveal the dynamic relationship between muscle and bone at the biochemical level. Therefore, understanding the place of different types of adipokines in the prognosis of osteoporosis is crucial for researchers and clinicians studying the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. The aim of this review is to emphasize the role of different types of adipokines in osteoporosis as well as their therapeutic potential. |
