| 糖尿病是全球面临的公共卫生挑战之一,由于我国人口老龄化的加快以及经济快速发展带来的生活方式和饮食结构的变化,2型糖尿病患病人群逐渐增加,并且由糖尿病引起的骨质疏松和骨量下降从而造成骨折发生的事件也逐年增加。哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)通路活性的发挥对机体能量稳态维持起重要作用,不仅调节骨骼发育,并且可以调节胰腺β细胞功能改善葡萄糖稳态以及脂肪生成和脂质稳态,在治疗2型糖尿病和改善骨代谢过程中都发挥着关键作用。本文通过查阅国内外大量文献,总结mTOR信号通路与2型糖尿病及相关骨代谢疾病之间的关系,探讨药物、因子和运动介导mTOR信号通路对2型糖尿病及骨代谢疾病的影响,为今后筛选基因辅助治疗2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松提供关键性靶点。 |

| Diabetes mellitus is one of the global health challenges. Due to the accelerated aging of our population and changes in lifestyle and diet brought about by rapid economic development, the number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus is gradually increasing, and the incidence of diabetes mellitus-induced osteoporosis and bone loss resulting in fractures is also increasing year by year. Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway activity plays an important role in the maintenance of energy homeostasis, not only regulating in bone development, but also regulating in pancreatic β-cell function to improve glucose homeostasis as well as adipogenesis and lipid homeostasis. It plays a key role in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and in improving bone metabolism. This paper summarizes the relationship between mTOR signaling pathway and type 2 diabetes and related bone metabolic diseases by reviewing a large amount of domestic and international literature, and explores the effects of drugs, factors and exercise mediated mTOR signaling pathway on type 2 diabetes and bone metabolic diseases to provide key targets for future screening of gene assisted treatment of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes patients. |
