| 风湿性疾病可通过自身免疫和炎症等途径诱导骨质疏松症（OP）的发生，严重时可出现骨折，其预防及治疗是目前研究的重点。维生素K（VK）在改善人体健康方面具有重要作用，维生素K2（VK2）具有多重改善骨骼健康的作用，可改善骨密度，降低OP和骨折风险，部分国家已经批准了VK2作为抗骨质疏松药物。本文旨在对VK2在防治风湿病相关OP中的临床应用价值进行循证回顾及展望。 |

| Rheumatic diseases may induce osteoporosis (OP) through autoimmune and inflammatory pathways, and fractures may occur in severe cases. The prevention and treatment of OP associated with rheumatic diseases are currently the focus of research. Vitamin K (VK) plays an important role in improving human health. Vitamin K2 (VK2) has multiple effects on improving bone health, increasing bone mineral density, reducing the risk of OP and fractures. Some countries have approved VK2 as an anti-OP drug. This article aims to provide an evidence-based review and outlook on the clinical application value of VK2 in the prevention and treatment of OP associated with rheumatic diseases. |
