| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的代谢性骨病。OP病理机制涉及多个环节,骨髓间充质干细胞(bone mesenchymal stem cells, BMSCs)归巢及分化紊乱会引起OP,阻止其紊乱是防治OP的一个方向。目前中药可协同发挥多环节、多靶点的整合效应。但中医诊治思路常重整体和宏观而轻微观。故本文将从“骨玄府-骨络-髓”理论模型入手探讨BMSCs归巢、分化及OP骨代谢紊乱的分子机制,旨在丰富OP的病因病机,以期为该病的治疗提供参考。将传统的中医理论与现代医学相结合,从微观物质视角探索中医理论的科学内涵。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a common metabolic bone disease. The pathological mechanism of OP involves multiple processes. The dysregulation of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) homing and differentiation may lead to OP, making its prevention and treatment a potential target. Currently, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exerts an integrated effect on multiple processes and targets. However, the diagnosis and treatment of TCM often focus more on the holistic and macroscopic aspects rather than the microscopic. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the molecular mechanism of BMSCs homing, differentiation, and bone metabolic disorders in OP from the theoretical model of bone Xuanfu - bone collateral - marrow theory. The purpose is to enrich the etiology and pathogenesis of OP and to provide a reference for the treatment of this disease. By combining traditional TCM theory with modern medicine, we seek to explore the scientific implications of TCM theory from a microscopic material perspective. |
