| 烟酰胺单核苷酸(nicotinamide mononucleotide,NMN)是维生素B3的一种衍生物,人体内稳定的内在物质。作为一种关键的天然烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD+)中间体,可有效促进间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)、成骨细胞的增殖分化,抑制破骨细胞活性,从而提高成骨作用,减少骨质流失。本文综述了近年来NMN在骨代谢中的调控机制、预防骨质疏松及加速骨折骨愈合的研究进展,为后续骨质疏松的基础研究与治疗提供参考。 |

| Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a derivative of vitamin B3 and a stable intrinsic substance in the human body. As a key natural nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) intermediate, NMN effectively promotes the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and osteoblasts, inhibits the activity of osteoclasts, thereby improves osteogenesis and reduces bone loss. In this review, the regulation mechanism of NMN in bone metabolism, prevention of osteoporosis, and acceleration of bone healing in recent years is reviewed, which may provide reference for the follow-up basic research and treatment of osteoporosis. |
