| 目的 探讨补充益生菌(双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊)治疗绝经后骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法 纳入2023年1~9月于诸暨市人民医院骨科门诊就诊的绝经后骨质疏松患者80例,并随机分为对照组及试验组,每组40例。对照组采取常规补充碳酸钙D3治疗,试验组患者在此基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊进行治疗。在治疗6个月后观察比较两组患者骨代谢标志物(N-端骨钙素、血清总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽和β-I型胶原交联C-末端肽)和骨密度的变化。结果 试验组和对照组分别出现6例和3例退出研究,最终共71例患者完成研究(试验组34例,对照组37例)。治疗6个月后,试验组患者N-端骨钙素明显升高及β-I型胶原交联C-末端肽水平明显下降,且与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者的骨密度和血清总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽均无明显升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 补充双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊可以在一定程度上抑制机体骨吸收并促进骨形成,对绝经后骨质疏松患者的骨骼健康具有保护作用。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of probiotic supplementation (bifidobacterium triple viable capsules) in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 80 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients who visited the orthopedic outpatient clinic of Zhuji People’s Hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were included and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional calcium carbonate D3 supplementation, and the experimental group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules on this basis. After 6 months of treatment, the changes in bone metabolism markers (N-MID osteocalcin, serum total procollagen type I amino-terminal extended peptide and β type I collagen cross-linked C-telopeptide) and bone density between the two groups were observed and compared. Results During the study, 6 patients in the experimental group and 3 patients in the control group dropped out of the study, and a total of 71 patients completed the study (34 patients in the experimental group and 37 patient in the control group). After 6 months of treatment, the N-MID osteocalcin level of the experimental group was significantly increased and the level of β type I collagen cross-linked C-telopeptide was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05), but the bone density and serum total procollagen type I amino-terminal extended peptide of the two groups were not significantly increased, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Supplementation of bifidobacterium triple viable capsules can inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation to a certain extent, and has a protective effect on the bone health of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. |
