| 近年来骨质疏松症的发病率不断升高，给我国医疗系统带来了沉重负担。肾虚和氧化应激分别是中医理论和现代医学理论中骨质疏症发生发展的重要危险因素。研究发现，众多补肾药物具有通过调节Nrf2、Wnt/β-Catenin、TRAF6/c-Src/PI3K等信号通路保护成骨相关细胞免受氧化损伤或降低破骨细胞内活性氧水平抑制骨吸收的功效。该文首先对氧化应激与骨质疏松症的关系进行阐述，并系统介绍了补肾中药和复方通过调控氧化应激治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展，最后总结目前有关中药治疗骨质疏松症研究的不足之处，皆在为补肾药物治疗骨质疏松症的现代药理学研究提供新思路。 |

| The increasing incidence of osteoporosis in recent years has placed a heavy burden on our healthcare system. Kidney deficiency and oxidative stress are important risk factors for the development of osteoporosis in Chinese medicine theory and modern medical theory, respectively. Numerous renal tonic drugs have been found to have the efficacy of protecting osteogenesis-related cells from oxidative damage or reducing the level of reactive oxygen species in osteoclasts to inhibit bone resorption by regulating the signaling pathways of Nrf2, Wnt/β-Catenin, TRAF6/c-Src/PI3K, respectively. In this paper, we will firstly describe the relationship between oxidative stress and osteoporosis, and systematically introduce the research progress of kidney tonic Chinese medicines and compound formulae in the treatment of osteoporosis by regulating oxidative stress, and finally summarize the shortcomings of the current research on Chinese medicines in the treatment of osteoporosis, all of which are aimed at providing a new idea for the modern pharmacological research on kidney tonic medicines in the treatment of osteoporosis. |
