      骨质疏松症和后期并发的骨折是老年群体致残、致畸、致死的常见原因,严重影响患者生活质量。骨质疏松症的发病过程复杂,骨代谢紊乱、骨形成与骨吸收失衡是其主要的病理机制。脉冲电磁场作为一种无创、安全的生物物理治疗手段,近几年在促进骨组织的修复与重建方面受到了极大关注。脉冲电磁场能够激活压电效应以及骨形成相关的细胞因子,通过分子信号的逐级传递进而维持骨代谢的正向平衡,以减少骨量的流失,在骨质疏松症的防治中具有良好的医用价值和应用前景。笔者就脉冲电磁场在骨代谢调控机制方面取得的最新进展与突破进行系统总结与梳理,以期为脉冲电磁场的临床应用提供科学依据,为骨质疏松症的防治提供新方向。

      Osteoporosis and subsequent fracture are common causes of disability, deformity and death in the elderly population, which affects the quality of life of patients seriously. The pathogenesis of osteoporosis is complex, and bone metabolism disorder, bone formation and bone resorption imbalance are the main pathological mechanisms. Pulsed electromagnetic fields is a non-invasive and safe biophysical treatment method. In recent years, it has received great attention in promoting the repair and reconstruction of bone tissue. Pulsed electromagnetic field has good medical value and application prospect in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. It can activate piezoelectric effects and bone formation-related cytokines, and maintain the positive balance of bone metabolism through the transmission of molecular signals to reduce the loss of bone mass. This article summarizes and sorts out the latest progress and breakthroughs in the regulation mechanism of bone metabolism by pulsed electromagnetic fields. In order to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of pulsed electromagnetic fields and provide a new direction for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
