| 绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是以骨质流失、骨量减少、骨微观结构破坏为特征的骨科疾病,严重影响着绝经后女性的身心健康。活化T细胞核因子C1(nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 1,NFATc1)是调控破骨细胞分化和骨吸收的特异性基因,是维持骨稳态的关键因子。研究发现,多种中药单体及复方可通过抑制NFATc1上下游基因和信号通路,阻碍其核转位,抑制破骨细胞分化及骨吸收,达到干预PMOP的作用,成为该病的潜在治疗靶点。因此,笔者通过阐释NFATc1在PMOP中的作用,并总结中药单体化合物及中药复方干预PMOP的最新研究进展,为其发病机制及药物治疗提供新思路,为临床运用中医药防治PMOP提供理论依据。 |

| Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is an orthopedic disease characterized by bone loss, decreased bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of postmenopausal women. nuclear factor of activated T-cells, cytoplasmic 1, NFATc1 (NFATC1) is a specific gene regulating osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption, and is a key factor in maintaining bone homeostasis. Studies have shown that a variety of TCM monomers and compounds can interfere with PMOP by inhibiting the upstream and downstream genes and signaling pathways of NFATc1, blocking its nuclear translocation, inhibiting osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption, and becoming potential therapeutic targets for the disease. Therefore, this paper aims to elucidate the role of NFATc1 in PMOP, and summarize the latest research progress of TCM monomer compounds and TCM compound intervention in PMOP, so as to provide new ideas for its pathogenesis and drug treatment, and provide theoretical basis for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat PMOP. |
