| 肌肉减少症与骨质疏松症作为两种常见的代谢类疾病,研究发现二者在发病过程中并非独立存在,其发生发展均与老年人和绝经后妇女体内慢性炎症水平升高密切相关。随着对其深入研究,发现M1/M2巨噬细胞极化作为免疫系统调节炎症水平的重要途径,可通过干预肌骨代谢的方式影响肌少-骨质疏松症的发展趋势。简而言之,M1巨噬细胞异常极化后可通过释放促炎因子的方式促进肌肉衰减、骨质流失并抑制肌肉再生与骨重建,而具有抗炎属性的M2巨噬细胞极化后可改善以上病理生理过程。鉴于此,笔者将以M1/M2巨噬细胞极化后及其所释放的细胞因子对于肌骨代谢的影响展开综述,旨在为探明巨噬细胞极化调控肌骨衰减疾病的作用机制。 |

| Sarcopenia and osteoporosis are two common metabolic diseases. It is found that they do not exist independently in the course of pathogenesis, and its occurrence and development are closely related to the elevated level of chronic inflammation in the elderly and postmenopausal womenWith further study, it has been found that M1/M2 macrophage polarization, as an important pathway for the immune system to regulate the level of inflammation, can affect the development trend of sarcopenia and osteoporosis by interfering with musculo-bone metabolism. In short, abnormal polarization of M1 macrophages can promote muscle decay, bone loss, and inhibit muscle regeneration and bone reconstruction through the release of pro-inflammatory factors, while polarization of M2 macrophages with anti-inflammatory properties can improve the above pathophysiological processes. In view of this, the effects of polarization of M1/M2 macrophages and the cytokines released on musculoskeletal metabolism will be reviewed in this paper, aiming to explore the mechanism by which macrophage polarization regulates musculoskeletal decay disease. |
