      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种由多种原因引发的全身性骨病,主要特征是骨密度和骨质量下降,骨微结构损害,使骨脆性增加,形成易发生骨折的状态。糖代谢和脂代谢是两种密切相关的代谢途径,它们不仅在能量平衡和胰岛素调节中起关键作用。近年来,研究人员开始关注糖脂代谢与骨代谢平衡之间的关系,许多与糖脂代谢紊乱有关的疾病,如非酒精性脂肪肝、肥胖和糖尿病,都与OP表型有关。目前,国内外的基础研究在揭示这些机制方面取得了显著进展,具体包括炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞信号通路的改变、胰岛素信号通路的异常以及脂肪因子的作用各方面。这为理解糖脂代谢与OP的关系提供了重要理论依据,并为未来开发新的治疗策略奠定了基础。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic skeletal disorder caused by multiple factors, primarily characterized by reduced bone mineral density, decreased bone quality, and damaged bone microstructure, leading to increased bone fragility and a predisposition to fractures. Glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism are two closely related metabolic pathways that play critical roles in energy balance and insulin regulation. In recent years, researchers have begun to focus on the relationship between glucose-lipid metabolism and bone metabolism homeostasis. Numerous diseases associated with glucose-lipid metabolic disorders, such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, obesity, and diabetes, are linked to OP phenotypes. Significant progress has been made in basic research both domestically and internationally in elucidating these mechanisms, including inflammatory responses, oxidative stress, alterations in cellular signaling pathways, abnormalities in insulin signaling pathways, and the role of adipokines. These findings provide essential theoretical foundations for understanding the relationship between glucose-lipid metabolism and OP, laying the groundwork for the development of new therapeutic strategies in the future.
