| 骨相关疾病包括骨质疏松、骨肉瘤、骨髓炎等，这些疾病会导致患者行动不便，甚至是死亡。但是，由于药物的副作用以及部分患者的依从性欠佳等问题，目前关于骨质疏松和骨转移癌等一些骨疾病的治疗方案并不完全有效。为了妥善解决这些问题，目前研究者们正在研究纳米技术，将其作为一种潜在的策略，以实现特定的药物释放动力学和促进骨再生。骨靶向递药系统作为纳米技术中最重要的研究领域之一，已然成为了众多研究者们的研究对象。因此，本文就当前骨靶向递药系统的分类及其在骨相关疾病的研究进展进行综述，以期为骨相关疾病的进一步临床研究和治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Bone-related diseases include osteoporosis, osteosarcoma, osteomyelitis, and so on. These diseases cause mobility difficulties and even death for patients. However, due to the side effects of drugs and poor compliance in some patients, the current treatment options for difficult bone diseases such as osteoporosis and bone metastasis are not completely effective. To address these issues properly, researchers are currently studying nanotechnology as a potential strategy to achieve specific drug release kinetics and to promote bone regeneration. Among the various areas of research in nanotechnology, bone-targeted drug delivery systems have become a focus for many researchers. Therefore, this article provides a comprehensive review of the current classification for bone-targeted drug delivery systems and their research progress in bone-related diseases, aiming to provide new insights for further clinical research and treatment of bone-related diseases. |
