骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种由多因素引发的骨骼疾病,主要表现为骨量减少、骨微结构损坏等,使得骨脆性增加,加大发生骨折的风险及概率。在OP发生中,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)等非编码RNA(non code RNA,NCRNA)在基因表达调控上扮演着重要角色。在骨代谢中,circRNA和miRNA可相互作用,有调控成骨细胞及破骨细胞分化的功能;此外,circRNA可作为miRNA海绵体,调控相关基因的表达水平。本文探讨了circRNA-miRNA网络在骨质疏松症中的研究进展,旨在深入了解其调控机制和应用前景,为骨质疏松诊断、治疗和评估提供新思路,并促进该领域的发展。 |

Osteoporosis (OP) is a multifactorial bone disorder characterized by a decrease in bone mass and deterioration of bone mi-crostructure. These pathological features contribute to increased bone fragility and a heightened risk of fracture. In OP pathogenesis, non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs) and circular RNAs (circRNAs), play crucial roles in gene expression regulation. CircRNAs and miRNAs interact to modulate the differentiation of osteoblasts and os-teoclasts. Additionally, circRNAs function as miRNA sponges, thereby influencing the expression levels of target genes. This review examines recent advances in circRNA-miRNA networks related to osteoporosis, aiming to elucidate their regu-latory mechanisms and potential applications. This exploration seeks to offer novel insights into diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation strategies, ultimately advancing the field. |
