| 绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis，PMOP)是由多因素导致的临床常见的慢性代谢性骨病。在我国先秦时期，《周易》提出“心肾相交”理论，认为心与肾以经络为通路，以气血津液神为表现形式，共同调节全身脏腑平衡，从而构成人体连贯有序的循环。随着“生物-心理-社会医学模式”的发展，当前对于心系疾病，尤其是心脏神经官能症(cardiac neurosis，CN)与PMOP关系的临床研究逐渐增加。因此，笔者拟从中医传统“心肾相交”理论，将CN和PMOP的现代研究有机联系起来，旨在明确CN与PMOP之间的相关性，以期能够为二者的临床治疗及现代研究有所启示。 |

| Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a common chronic metabolic bone disease caused by multiple factors. In the pre-Qin period of China, the theory of "heart and kidney intersection" was proposed in "Zhou Yi," which posits that the heart and kidney function through meridians as channels, with qi, blood, fluids, and spirit as manifestations, jointly regulating the balance of the body's internal organs. This creates a coherent and orderly circulation within the human body. With the development of the "bio-psycho-social medical model," there has been a gradual increase in clinical research on the relationship between cardiac neurosis (CN) and PMOP. Therefore, this paper aims to organically link modern research on CN and PMOP through the lens of the traditional Chinese medicine theory of "heart-kidney intersection," with the goal of clarifying the correlation between CN and PMOP, and providing insights for the clinical treatment and modern research of both conditions. |
