| 随着人口老龄化日益严峻，骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）这一危害骨骼健康的疾病发病率不断升高。当前常用药物治疗存在副作用、费用高及疗程长等弊端。为应对OP发病率上升以及弥补常用药物治疗的不足，该文从神经-体液调节角度对针灸治疗骨质疏松症的相关研究进行分析并探讨其作用机制。结果发现，针灸能够激活神经递质、激素和细胞因子等释放并影响信号传导以调节骨代谢，且临床试验证实其能减少骨折发生的可能性并提高生活质量。然而，尽管针灸治疗骨质疏松症显示出潜力，但其确切作用机制仍有待深入研究。基于此，该文对针灸治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制进行综述，以期为后续中医治疗骨质疏松症提供参考。 |

| With the aging of the population, the incidence of osteoporosis (OP), which is harmful to bone health, is increasing. At present, common drug therapy has some disadvantages such as side effects, high cost, and long course of treatment. To cope with the increasing incidence of OP and the deficiency of commonly used drugs, this paper analyzes the relevant studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in osteoporosis from the perspective of neuro-humoral regulation and explores its mechanism of action. It has been found that acupuncture activates the release of neurotransmitters, hormones, and cytokines, and affects signal transduction to regulate bone metabolism. Clinical trials have confirmed that it reduces the likelihood of fracture and improves quality of life. Although acupuncture shows potential in the treatment of osteoporosis, its exact mechanism of action remains to be further studied. |
