| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis，OP)是一种常见的以骨密度（bone mineral density，BMD）降低和骨微结构退化为特征的代谢性疾病，极易发生骨折风险。近年来研究发现肠道菌群（gut microbiota，GM）与OP密切相关，而睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation，SD)不仅会影响GM，也能够加速OP进展。故该文就SD对GM与OP的相关性进行综述，拟探讨明确“SD-GM-OP”三者的关联机制，以期为临床防治OP提供新的治疗思路与方法。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a common metabolic disease characterized by decreased bone mineral density (BMD) and degradation of bone microstructure, which significantly increases the risk of fractures. Recent studies have found that gut microbiota (GM) is closely related to OP, and sleep deprivation (SD) not only affects GM but also accelerates the progression of OP. Therefore, this paper reviews the correlation between SD, GM, and OP, aiming to explore and to clarify the relationship among SD-GM-OP in order to provide new therapeutic strategies and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of OP. |
