| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是一种全球范围内广泛存在的代谢性骨病，由于有效治疗手段的缺乏和对其发病机制理解不足，已成为严重的公共健康问题。成骨细胞（osteoblast，OB）在骨形成过程中发挥重要作用，其功能障碍及程序性死亡是导致OP发生的重要因素。近年来，长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）在调控成骨细胞生存、分化及程序性死亡中的作用逐渐受到重视。该文综述了lncRNA在成骨细胞凋亡、自噬和焦亡3种程序性死亡中的调控机制，探讨其在OP防治中的潜在应用，为未来开发新的治疗策略提供理论依据。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a widespread metabolic bone disease globally and has become a serious public health issue due to the lack of effective treatment and insufficient understanding of its pathogenesis. Osteoblasts (OB) play a critical role in bone formation. The dysfunction and programmed cell death of osteoblasts contribute to OP development. In recent years, the role of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in regulating osteoblast survival, differentiation, and programmed cell death has garnered increasing attention. This review summarizes the regulatory mechanisms of lncRNA in three types of programmed cell death of osteoblasts: apoptosis, autophagy, and pyroptosis., and discusses their potential applications in the prevention and treatment of OP. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies in the future. |
