      脂肪组织是重要的内分泌器官,可产生和分泌多种脂肪因子,发挥多效性作用,参与调节摄食、糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗、炎症、骨代谢等生物学过程,而Chemerin是一种与炎症和代谢综合征相关的代表性脂肪因子。骨代谢是成骨细胞骨形成以及破骨细胞骨吸收之间的动态平衡,成骨细胞和脂肪细胞具有相同的祖细胞即间充质干细胞,它们要么发生成骨分化,要么发生成脂分化。因此,当脂肪生成超过成骨细胞生成时,骨重建活性可能会降低,进而加快骨质疏松的进展。本综述旨在阐述脂肪因子Chemerin在骨代谢过程中所产生的作用,同时讨论其对于骨质疏松症预防及治疗的潜力。

      Adipose tissue is an important endocrine organ that produces and secretes a variety of adipokines that exert pleiotropic effects and participate in the regulation of biological processes such as feeding, lipoglycemic metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, and bone metabolism, and Chemerin is a representative adipokine associated with inflammation and metabolic syndrome. Bone metabolism is a dynamic balance between bone formation by osteoblasts and bone resorption by osteoclasts. Osteoblasts and adipocytes share the same progenitor cells, the mesenchymal stem cells, which undergo either osteogenic or lipogenic differentiation.Thus, when adipogenesis exceeds osteoclastogenesis, bone remodeling activity may be reduced, which in turn accelerates the progression of osteoporosis. The aim of this review is to describe the role of the adipokine Chemerin in bone metabolism and to discuss its potential for osteoporosis prevention and treatment.
