| 维生素D(VD)是一种亲脂性类固醇衍生物,属于脂溶性维生素。现有研究表明VD不仅在骨骼的钙磷代谢方面发挥作用,还与肌肉、脂肪的质量和功能有密切关系。运动营养领域的研究表明膳食补充VD可以改善人体VD的营养水平,并对运动能力产生积极的影响。本综述从VD的合成及代谢出发,探讨VD和肌肉力量、有氧耐力、骨折风险、身体成分之间的联系,并分析VD影响运动能力的部分机制。为运动人群VD评价体系的完善及理清VD影响运动能力的机制研究提供理论依据与参考。 |

| Vitamin D (VD) is a lipophilic steroid derivative and is a fat-soluble vitamin. Available studies have shown that VD not only plays a role in calcium and phosphorus metabolism in bone, but also has a close relationship with muscle and fat mass and function. Studies in the field of sports nutrition have shown that dietary supplementation of VD improves the nutritional level of VD in humans and positively affects exercise capacity. This review examines the associations between VD and muscle strength, aerobic endurance, fracture risk, and body composition in terms of VD synthesis and metabolism, and analyses some of the mechanisms by which VD affects exercise capacity. It provides theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of VD evaluation system in sports people and the research on the mechanism of clarifying VD and exercise affecting athletic ability. |
