| 随着我国人口平均预期寿命延长，围绝经期女性人口数量逐渐庞大，围绝经期骨质疏松症发病率也越来越高。该病早期症状隐匿，难以发现，发病后严重危害围绝经期女性的健康和生活质量，甚至可能会对生命安全造成严重影响。因此，本文主要围绕围绝经期女性骨质疏松症流行病学调查、相关因素、以及预防管理措施等方面进行综述，以期为围绝经期女性骨质疏松症预防管理提供参考。 |

| With the prolongation of the average life expectancy of the population in China, the number of perimenopausal women is gradually increasing, and the incidence rate of perimenopausal osteoporosis is also increasing. The early symptoms of this disease are hidden and difficult to detect. After onset, it seriously endangers the health and quality of life of perimenopausal women, and may even have an impact on life safety. Therefore, this article mainly focuses on the epidemiological investigation, related factors, and prevention and management measures of osteoporosis in perimenopausal women, in order to provide reference for the prevention and management of osteoporosis in perimenopausal women. |
