| 随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）已成为威胁老年人健康的重要疾病之一。近年来，H型血管在骨组织稳态中的作用受到广泛关注，但其在骨质疏松症中的具体功能及其与细胞焦亡的关系尚未得到充分认识。本综述旨在系统梳理当前关于H型血管、细胞焦亡与骨质疏松症关系的研究进展，并探讨H型血管细胞焦亡对骨质疏松症的影响及潜在的机制。 |

| With the accelerating aging population in China, osteoporosis (OP) has emerged as a significant health threat among the elderly. Recently, the role of H-type vessels in maintaining bone homeostasis has garnered widespread attention, yet their specific function in osteoporosis and their relationship with pyroptosis remain inadequately understood. This review aims to systematically synthesize the current research on the connections between H-type vessels, pyroptosis, and osteoporosis, exploring the impact of H-type vessel pyroptosis on osteoporosis and the underlying mechanisms involved. |
