| 骨代谢是一个动态过程,它涉及骨骼的形成和重塑,主要是由成骨细胞和破骨细胞共同调节来完成。骨代谢的平衡对于维持骨骼的强度以及机体的健康至关重要,骨代谢紊乱可能会导致一些代谢性疾病。Beclin 1是一个公认的自噬调节因子,Beclin 1通过调控自噬在骨代谢中发挥关键作用,促进成骨细胞的骨形成与重建,同时调节破骨细胞的分化与骨吸收,从而维持骨代谢平衡。其活性变化直接影响骨代谢,过度活跃可能抑制成骨细胞功能,过度抑制则损害破骨细胞功能,导致骨质疏松等相关疾病。笔者就Beclin 1调控细胞自噬在骨代谢中的研究进展做一综述。 |

| Bone metabolism is a dynamic process that involves the formation and remodeling of bones, mainly regulated by the co-regulation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts. The balance of bone metabolism is essential for maintaining the strength of bones and the health of the body, and disorders of bone metabolism may lead to some metabolic diseases. Beclin 1 is a recognized regulator of autophagy, which plays a key role in bone metabolism by regulating autophagy, promoting bone formation and remodeling of osteoblasts, and regulating osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption, thereby maintaining bone metabolism balance. The change of its activity directly affects bone metabolism, and overactivity may inhibit the function of osteoblasts, while excessive inhibition will damage the function of osteoclasts, leading to osteoporosis and other related diseases. This article reviews the research progress of Beclin 1 in regulating autophagy in bone metabolism. |
