| Clock genes are involved in the regulation of sleep-wake cycle, cardiovascular health, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism, and many other physiological reaction processes, in addition, recent
studies show that the clock gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis, its main mechanism is that the clock gene can improve abnormal bone cell metabolism, osteoblasts,
osteoclasts, bone cells and endothelial cells have certain regulatory effect. Based on this, this paper
discusses the research progress of clock gene regulation of osteoporosis, and discusses the role of these
mechanisms in bone metabolism, in order to provide new targets for the treatment of osteoporosis in
clinical practice. |
