      时钟基因参与调控睡眠-觉醒周期、心血管健康、葡萄糖代谢和脂代谢等诸多生理反应过程,除此之外,最近的研究表明,时钟基因与骨质疏松症的发生发展密切相关,其主要作用机制在于时钟基因能够改善异常的骨细胞代谢,对成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨细胞以及内皮细胞具有一定的调控作用。基于此,本文对时钟基因调控骨质疏松症的研究进展进行论述,并探讨这些机制在骨代谢中的作用,以期为在临床中治疗骨质疏松症提供新的靶点。

      Clock genes are involved in the regulation of sleep-wake cycle, cardiovascular health, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism, and many other physiological reaction processes, in addition, recent studies show that the clock gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis, its main mechanism is that the clock gene can improve abnormal bone cell metabolism, osteoblasts, osteoclasts, bone cells and endothelial cells have certain regulatory effect. Based on this, this paper discusses the research progress of clock gene regulation of osteoporosis, and discusses the role of these mechanisms in bone metabolism, in order to provide new targets for the treatment of osteoporosis in clinical practice.
