| 骨质疏松症作为一种常见的骨骼疾病，其发病机制与多条信号通路的异常调节密切相关。态靶辩证是中医现代化进程中发展出的一种创新辩证模式。本文旨在系统阐述态靶辩证与骨质疏松信号通路之间的关联。通过对相关研究的综合分析，探讨态靶辩证如何基于中医整体观与现代医学对骨质疏松信号通路的认识相融合，从分子、细胞及整体水平剖析其作用机制。总结态靶辩证在骨质疏松症治疗中对信号通路的干预效果与潜在优势，为开发更具针对性与有效性的骨质疏松治疗策略提供新思路，促进中西医结合在骨质疏松研究领域的深入发展与应用。 |

| Osteoporosis is a common bone disease, and its pathogenesis is closely related to the abnormal regulation of multiple signaling pathways. State-target dialectics is an innovative dialectical mode developed in the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this paper is to systematically elaborate the relationship between state-target dialectics and osteoporosis signaling pathway. Through the comprehensive analysis of related research, this paper discusses how the state-target dialectics is based on the integration of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and the understanding of osteoporosis signaling pathway in modern medicine, and analyzes its mechanism of action from the molecular, cellular and overall levels. To summarize the intervention effect and potential advantages of state-target dialectics on signal pathways in the treatment of osteoporosis, to provide new ideas for the development of more targeted and effective osteoporosis treatment strategies, and to promote the in-depth development and application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the field of osteoporosis research. |
