      骨代谢平衡的维持依赖于骨形成和骨吸收的紧密耦联,若该平衡被打破不仅可能导致骨量异常和骨骼力学性能改变,还会增加相关骨代谢疾病的发病风险。近些年来,大量研究发现运动可以通过调控骨代谢平衡进而促进骨骼健康,其中的生物学机制也成为研究热点。沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)是脱乙酰酶的重要家族成员,在调控糖脂代谢、免疫反应和细胞凋亡等生物过程中具有重要价值。有文献发现SIRT1与骨代谢之间存在密切关联,且该分子的表达水平受运动干预影响,提示SIRT1可能是运动调节骨代谢的靶点。因此,本研究围绕着SIRT1系统归纳了该分子介导运动调节骨代谢的分子机制,以期为运动调控骨代谢平衡提供新的理论支撑。
英文摘要:
      The maintenance of bone metabolic balance relies on the tight coupling of bone formation and bone resorption. Disruption of this balance not only leads to reduced bone mass and decreased mechanical performance of bones but also increases the risk of related bone metabolic diseases. In recent years, numerous studies have found that exercise can promote skeletal health by regulating bone metabolic balance, and the underlying biological mechanisms have become a research hotspot. Silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1), a key member of the deacetylase family, plays a significant role in regulating biological processes such as glucose and lipid metabolism, immune responses, and cell apoptosis. Some literature has identified a close association between SIRT1 and bone metabolism, and the expression level of this molecule is influenced by exercise intervention, suggesting that SIRT1 may be a target for exercise-mediated regulation of bone metabolism. Therefore, this study systematically summarizes the molecular mechanisms by which SIRT1 mediates exercise-induced regulation of bone metabolism, aiming to provide new theoretical support for exercise-mediated modulation of bone metabolic balance.
