| 年龄相关性骨质疏松是原发性骨质疏松症中最常见的一类骨病,严重影响老年人的生活质量,给社会和家庭带来极其沉重的负担。对于年龄相关性骨质疏松而言,衰老的骨髓间充质干细胞由于自噬失调导致成骨能力下降从而打破原本平衡的骨代谢,进而引起骨稳态失衡和骨量丢失,因此,探究调控自噬途径以治疗年龄相关性骨质疏松具有重要的临床意义。该综述全面总结探讨了自噬与衰老、骨质疏松症的关系,为年龄相关性骨质疏松发病机制和潜在治疗靶点提供新的见解。 |

| Age related osteoporosis is one of the most common type of bone disease in primary osteoporosis, which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly and imposes an extremely heavy burden on families and society. For age-related osteoporosis, aging bone marrow stromall cells (BMSCs) have decreased osteogenic ability due to autophagy dysfunction, disrupting the original balance of bone metabolism and causing bone homeostasis imbalance and bone loss. Therefore, exploring the regulation of autophagy pathways to treat age-related osteoporosis has important clinical significance. This review comprehensively summarizes and explores the relationship between autophagy, aging, and osteoporosis, providing new insights into the pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets of age-related osteoporosis. |
