| In the repair of bone defects, osteoblasts are the key cell types of bone development and remodeling, and chondrocytes play an important role in cartilage protection and repair. The functional differentiation and regulation of erythropoietin on osteoblasts and chondrocytes has become a research hotspot in the field of bone defect repair. The purpose of this paper is to review the related signaling pathways and mechanisms of erythropoietin in regulating osteoblasts and chondrocytes, to provide a theoretical basis for further revealing the regulatory mechanism of erythropoietin on osteogenic microenvironment, and to provide new ideas for the field of bone defect repair. |
