| 基因测序技术的发展对医学多个分支影响显著,尤其在肿瘤学和内分泌学中可深入探究疾病的根源与机制。在骨质疏松症研究中,基因测序技术的应用意义重大。骨质疏松症好发于绝经后妇女和老年人,发病隐匿,常至出现骨痛或骨折时才被察觉,此时骨质已大量流失,给家庭护理造成巨大压力。如今,日益成熟的基因测序技术使从基因层面揭示骨质疏松症潜在病因成为可能。该文旨在总结常用基因测序技术的主要作用及其近10年在骨质疏松症中的应用,为临床诊疗骨质疏松症提供新方向与启发。 |

| Advances in gene sequencing technology have significantly impacted various fields of medicine, especially oncology and endocrinology, providing insights into the root causes and mechanisms of disease.In the research of osteoporosis, the application of gene sequencing technology holds great significance as well. Osteoporosis is prevalent among postmenopausal women and the elderly. Due to its insidious onset, it is often detected only when bone pain or fractures occur,by which time significant bone loss has already taken place. This poses a considerable burden on home care. Today, increasingly sophisticated gene sequencing technology makes it possible to reveal the underlying causes of osteoporosis at the genetic level. This article reviews the primary functions of common gene sequencing technologies and their application in osteoporosis research over the past decade, aiming to provide new directions and inspiration for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. |
