| 随着我国人口老龄化问题加剧，老年性骨质疏松症（senile osteoporosis，SOP）因其高致伤致残率已然成为威胁公共健康的慢性代谢性疾病之一。目前有关“肠道菌群与骨质疏松”“肠骨轴”等相关文章，多为理论与疾病一对一介绍。该文以肠骨轴作为切入点，将公认的SOP的主流发病因机总结为“脾肾亏虚为本，由此导致的五脏失衡，气滞、血瘀、痰浊等为表，摄生不当为促进因素。”由“脾肾相关”理论对应现代研究“肠骨轴机制”，总结临床常用药物及复方，以期能够基于“脾肾相关”理论为中医药通过“肠骨轴”防治SOP阐明机制。“肠骨轴理论”“脾肾相关理论”“中医药防治”三点成面为防治SOP提供多角度，多层次思考。 |

| With the increasing aging population in China, senile osteoporosis has become one of the chronic metabolic diseases that threaten public health due to its high rates of injury and disability. Currently, many articles related to "gut microbiota and osteoporosis" and "gut-bone axis" mainly provide theoretical discussions and one-to-one introductions to diseases. This paper takes the gut-bone axis as a starting point and summarizes the recognized mainstream causes of senile osteoporosis as follows: "Spleen and kidney deficiency as the root cause, leading to imbalance among the five organs, with symptoms such as Qi stagnation, blood stasis, and phlegm turbidity appearing as manifestations, while inappropriate health practices serve as promoting factors." By correlating the "spleen and kidney" theory from traditional Chinese medicine with modern research on the "gut-bone axis mechanism," this paper summarizes commonly used clinical medications and formulas, in order to clarify the mechanisms through which traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat senile osteoporosis (SOP) based on the "spleen and kidney" theory via the "gut-bone axis." The "gut bone axis theory", "spleen kidney related theory", and "traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment" provide multiple perspectives and levels of thinking for the prevention and treatment. of SOP. |
