| 绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是绝经后女性骨骼系统代谢紊乱导致的疾病之一。雌激素受体α(estrogen receptor α,ERα)介导破骨细胞的分化,是治疗PMOP的关键靶点。该文通过现有相关文献分析总结了ERα及其涉及的信号通路在抑制破骨细胞分化或促进其凋亡中的作用机制,以期为以ERα作入手点的绝经后骨质疏松症的防治研究提供参考。 |

| Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is one of the diseases caused by metabolic disorders of the skeletal system in postmenopausal women. Estrogen receptor α (ERα), which mediates osteoclast differentiation, is a key target for the treatment of PMOP. In this paper, we summarized the mechanisms of ERα and its involved signaling pathways in inhibiting osteoclast differentiation or promoting apoptosis according to the current researches, so as to provide a reference for the research on the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis using ERα as a starting point. |
