| 骨质疏松症是一种常见的骨科慢性疾病,其主要特征为骨密度降低、骨微结构破坏以及骨折脆性显著增加。近年来,部分具有促进骨形成和抗骨吸收功效的中药在骨质疏松症治疗中逐渐得到应用,并取得了较为显著的疗效。然而,传统给药方式的局限性在一定程度上限制了中药在防治骨质疏松症中的实际疗效。鉴于此,开发新的给药方法对于提升中药治疗骨质疏松症的效果具有重要意义。随着纳米医学的蓬勃发展,基于纳米载体的纳米药物递送系统在医疗领域受到越来越多的关注。利用该系统递送具有抗骨质疏松功效的中药,展现出诸多显著优势。一方面,纳米药物递送系统能够有效防止药物活性成分的失活或降解,从而确保药物疗效;另一方面,该系统可显著提高药物的生物利用度,减少患者胃肠道不良反应,进而增强治疗效果。该综述系统总结了纳米给药系统的不同优势,以及中药在这些系统中的研究现状,并深入探讨了纳米给药系统递送中药在临床应用中面临的挑战及未来发展前景,旨在为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供新的思路与见解。 |

| Osteoporosis is a common chronic orthopedic disease, characterized by decreased bone density, destruction of bone microstructure, and a significant increase in bone fragility. In recent years, some traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) with the effects of promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone resorption have gradually been applied in the treatment of osteoporosis and have achieved relatively significant therapeutic effects. However, the limitations of traditional drug delivery methods have to some extent restricted the actual efficacy of TCM in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Therefore, the development of new drug delivery methods is of great significance for enhancing the therapeutic effects of TCM on osteoporosis. With the rapid development of nanomedicine, nanocarrier-based nanodrug delivery systems have attracted increasing attention in the medical field. The use of these systems to deliver TCM with anti-osteoporosis effects has shown many significant advantages. On the one hand, nanodrug delivery systems can effectively prevent the inactivation or degradation of active drug components, thereby ensuring the therapeutic efficacy of the drugs. On the other hand, these systems can significantly improve the bioavailability of drugs, reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients, and thus enhance the therapeutic effect. This review systematically summarizes the various advantages of nanodrug delivery systems and the current research status of TCM in these systems. It also deeply explores the challenges and future development prospects of nanodrug delivery systems in the clinical application of TCM for osteoporosis, aiming to provide new insights and ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis using TCM. |
