      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的主要特点在于骨密度降低和骨结构破坏。胞葬(efferocytosis),则是指吞噬细胞对程序性死亡细胞的清除,这一机制在维持生物体内环境稳定和细胞功能方面具有关键作用。及时清除凋亡后的成骨细胞,有助于维持骨骼健康;同时,破骨细胞的胞葬作用也可能通过影响骨吸收与骨形成的平衡,间接影响骨质疏松症的进展。因此,胞葬在骨质疏松症的发病机制中可能起到关键作用,本文旨在深入探讨胞葬与骨质疏松症发病机制的潜在联系,并且为防治骨质疏松症寻找潜在的靶点。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis (OP) is primarily characterized by reduced bone mineral density and the deterioration of bone structure. Efferocytosis, the process by which phagocytic cells eliminate apoptotic cells, plays a critical role in maintaining homeostasis and cellular function within the organism. The timely clearance of apoptotic osteoblasts is essential for preserving bone health. The efferocytosis of osteoclasts may indirectly influence the progression of osteoporosis by affecting the balance between bone resorption and formation. Consequently, efferocytosis may be integral to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. This article aims to investigate the potential link between efferocytosis and the pathogenesis of OP, identifying possible targets for the prevention and treatment of this condition.
