      近年来,关于内脏脂肪与骨质疏松症之间关联的文献越来越多,阐述其相关联的机制渐渐被挖掘出来,而体内脂肪含量影响骨代谢的进程也被验证。胰腺作为内脏脂肪主要沉积的器官之一,它是糖代谢的主要场所,糖脂代谢与骨质疏松关联密切,通过各种机制影响骨质疏松症发展过程。而前期也有文献研究证明脂肪组织分泌的多种类脂肪因子在骨代谢进程中都扮演着不同的角色,也就间接表明胰腺与骨之间存在一定的关联。本文就基于胰腺脂肪的影像学测量、胰腺脂肪分泌的脂肪因子在骨质疏松症的作用作详细的阐述,为预防以及治疗骨质疏松症的临床工作提供一定的理论基础,探讨其中的潜力。

      In recent years, there has been a growing number of literature in the association between visceral fat and osteoporosis. The mechanisms elaborating its association are gradually being explored. The process by which body fat content affects bone metabolism has also been validated. Pancreatic fat, as one of the organs where visceral fat is mainly deposited, is the main site of glucose metabolism, which is closely associated with osteoporosis, and influences the process of osteoporosis development through various mechanisms. It has also been demonstrated that many types of adipokines secreted by adipose tissue play different roles in bone metabolism, suggesting that there is an association between the pancreas and bone. In this paper, we discuss the correlation between pancreatic fat and osteoporosis based on the imaging measurements of pancreatic fat and the mechanism of fat metabolism, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical work of osteoporosis prevention.
