| 肌少症是由多因素诱发的骨骼肌质量和功能均减退的一种肌病,运动是预防和延缓肌少症发生发展的有效手段。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)可由肌、心、脑、脂、肝分泌并积极响应运动发挥器官间对话作用。综述发现,运动可通过BDNF改善衰老、代谢障碍、去神经支配、废用和药物等因素诱发的肌少症。BDNF介导运动改善肌少症的效应可能是通过促进肌纤维类型转换、增强神经肌肉接头功能、改善线粒体功能、激活肌卫星细胞、提高自噬活性及抑制炎症实现的。 |

| Sarcopenia is a muscle disease characterized by the decline of both muscle mass and function, triggered by multiple factors. Exercise is an effective means of preventing and delaying the progression of sarcopenia. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is secreted by the muscles, heart, brain, adipose tissue, and liver, which responds positively to exercise and facilitates inter-organ communication. This review indicates that various forms of exercise alleviate sarcopenia caused by aging, metabolic disorders, denervation, disuse, and medications through the action of BDNF. The beneficial effects of BDNF-mediated exercise may involve promoting muscle fiber type transformation, enhancing neuromuscular junction function, improving mitochondrial function, activating muscle satellite cells, increasing autophagy, and reducing inflammation. |
