| 铁死亡作为一种新兴的程序性细胞死亡方式,其特征是铁依赖性和脂质过氧化,近年来在生物医学领域引起了广泛关注。免疫微环境由多种免疫细胞、细胞因子和趋化因子等组成,对铁死亡在骨代谢的过程具有重要调节作用。本文概述了铁死亡的基本概念及其发生机制,随后重点探讨了免疫微环境中巨噬细胞、T细胞等免疫细胞在铁死亡过程中的作用,以及这些细胞如何通过分泌细胞因子和趋化因子来影响骨代谢的平衡。研究表明,铁死亡不仅直接影响免疫细胞的功能和存活,还可能通过调节免疫微环境的稳态,间接影响骨形成和骨吸收的动态平衡。本文强调了探索铁死亡与免疫微环境相互作用对骨代谢影响的重要性,旨在为骨质疏松症等骨代谢相关疾病的预防和治疗提供新的理论依据和潜在治疗靶点。 |

| Ferroptosis, as an emerging mode of programmed cell death characterized by iron dependence and lipid peroxidation, has attracted much attention in the biomedical field in recent years. The immune microenvironment, which consists of a variety of immune cells, cytokines, and chemokines, has an important role in regulating the process of ferroptosis in bone metabolism. This paper outlines the basic concept of ferroptosis and its mechanism of occurrence, and then focuses on the role of immune cells such as macrophages and T cells in the immune microenvironment in the process of ferroptosis, and how these cells affect the homeostasis of bone metabolism through the secretion of cytokines and chemokines. It is shown that ferroptosis not only directly affects the function and survival of immune cells, but also indirectly influences the dynamic balance of bone formation and bone resorption by regulating the homeostasis of the immune microenvironment. This paper highlights the importance of exploring the effects of ferroptosis and immune microenvironment interactions on bone metabolism, with the aim of providing a new theoretical basis and potential therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolism-related diseases such as osteoporosis. |
