| 艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗的不断发展及生存时间的延长，带来了一系列慢性并发症，骨质疏松症是常见并发症之一，其严重影响艾滋病患者的生活质量。艾滋病骨质疏松症与“肾主骨”理论中肾虚可导致骨骼病变相关，“肾主骨”理论揭示了肾脏与骨骼之间的内在联系，故本文从“肾主骨”理论切入，探讨艾滋病骨质疏松症的治疗思路，提出治疗艾滋病骨质疏松症可从疏肝健脾、填补肾精和活血化瘀三方面入手，进一步丰富艾滋病骨质疏松症的中医理论和临床治疗。 |

| The continuous advancement of antiviral therapy and the prolongation of survival time for HIV/AIDS patients have brought a series of chronic complications. Osteoporosis is one of the common complications, which seriously affects the quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients. AIDS osteoporosis is related to the theory of kidney governing bone in terms of kidney deficiency causing bone diseases. The theory of kidney governing bone profoundly reveals the internal relationship between the kidney and the bone. Therefore, this article explores the treatment ideas for AIDS osteoporosis from the theory of kidney governing bone, proposing that the treatment of AIDS osteoporosis may be carried out from three aspects: regulating the liver and the spleen, replenishing the kidney essence, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. These may further enrich the theory and clinical treatment of AIDS osteoporosis. |
