| 骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折为老年人疼痛、残疾及临床就诊的主要原因，部分患者经首次治疗后仍可再发骨折或伴持续背部疼痛，严重影响患者生活质量。近年来椎旁肌退化与骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折发生、发展之间的关系受到广泛关注。但目前对两者间的具体关系及机制尚无系统性研究。因此，本研究旨在对椎旁肌退化与骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折发生、发展、治疗及康复间的关系进行综述，为临床治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折提供相关思路，为进一步开展椎旁肌退化与骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折关系的研究提供参考。 |

| Osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture is the main cause of pain, disability and clinical consultation in the elderly, and some patients may still have recurrent fracture or persistent back pain after the first treatment, which seriously affects the patients' quality of life. In recent years, the relationship between paraspinal muscle degeneration and the occurrence and development of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures has received widespread attention. However, there is no systematic study on the specific relationship and mechanism between the two. Therefore, the aim of this study is to review the relationship between paraspinal muscle degeneration and osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture occurrence, development, treatment and rehabilitation, to provide ideas for clinical treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture, and to provide a reference for further research on the relationship between paraspinal muscle degeneration and osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures. |
