      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是临床上常见的慢性代谢性骨病,具有起病隐匿,病程长,预后不良等特点,严重危害人体身心健康。骨代谢紊乱引起骨量减少和骨微结构退化是骨质疏松症发病的主要因素。铁作为人体必需的微量元素,其稳态对于维持骨骼健康具有重要意义,铁稳态失衡会通过不同机制导致骨代谢紊乱。铁蛋白自噬作为细胞选择性自噬的一种,可以通过调控细胞内游离铁的水平调控铁稳态,进而影响骨质疏松症的发生发展。本文从铁蛋白自噬调控铁稳态的角度出发探讨铁稳态失衡对骨质疏松症的影响,以期为研究骨质疏松症提供新的思路和治疗策略。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a common chronic metabolic bone disease in clinical practice, characterized by insidious onset, long course, and poor prognosis, which seriously endangers human physical and mental health. Disruption of bone metabolism leading to decreased bone mass and degeneration of bone microstructure is the main factor in the onset of osteoporosis. Iron, as an essential trace element for the human body, plays a crucial role in maintaining bone health through its homeostasis. Imbalance in iron homeostasis leads to bone metabolic disorders through various mechanisms. As a type of cell selective autophagy, ferritinophagy regulates iron homeostasis by regulating the level of free iron in cells, thereby affecting the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. This article explores the impact of iron homeostasis imbalance on osteoporosis from the perspective of regulating iron homeostasis through ferritin autophagy, in order to provide new ideas and treatment strategies for the study of osteoporosis.
