| 骨质疏松性骨折是当前中老年常见骨骼疾病之一，患病率逐年递增。“以气为主，以血为先”是石氏伤科提出的依据气血观诊治骨伤诸病的理论，强调气血和合为关键。通过分析该理论内涵及其与骨质疏松性骨折的相关性，提出 “骨损筋伤，气血失和，本痿标痹”为核心病机。结合“态靶同调”理念，将骨质疏松性骨折分为“瘀态、痰态、损态”3态，态下分证，并基于原发病、症状及理化特征定靶，梳理石氏伤科临证辨治该病经验，以期为临床宏微观视角下治疗骨质疏松性骨折提供中医药参考方案。 |

| Osteoporotic fracture is one of the common bone diseases in the middle-aged and elderly. Currently, the prevalence rate increases year by year. Giving priority to qi and taking blood as the first is a theory proposed by Shi’s traumatology to diagnose and to treat various diseases in traumatology and orthopedics in the view of qi and blood, emphasizing that the harmony of qi and blood is crucial. By analyzing the connotation of the theory and its correlation with osteoporotic fracture, it is proposed that injury of tendon and bone, disharmony of qi and blood, deficiency in origin, and excess in superficiality are the core pathogenesis. Combined with the concept of mutual adjustment of state-target, osteoporotic fracture is divided into three states, known as stasis state, phlegm state, and damage state. These states are divided into several syndromes. Meanwhile, targets are set by the characteristics of the primary disease, symptoms, and physicochemical properties. The experience of Shi’s traumatology in diagnosing and treating the disease clinically is sorted out, thus providing references of traditional Chinese medicine for the precise treatment of osteoporotic fracture from a macro and micro perspective in clinical practice. |
