| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)过度活化导致骨质流失的一种疾病,TNF受体相关因子6(tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6,TRAF6)是肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子家族的关键成员,该因子主要调控OC的形成和活性影响OP。中医药因其多成分、多靶点的作用在调节TRAF6防治OP中显示出巨大潜力,多种中药单体通过抑制TRAF6的过度表达、阻断TRAF6介导的信号通路激活等机制调控OC,改善OP,进一步探究中药单体调控TRAF6对OC的作用机制,有望为防治OP提供新的思路和方向。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a disease of bone loss caused by excessive activation of osteoclasts (OC). Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) is a key member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor family, which mainly regulates the formation and activity of OC and affects OP. Traditional Chinese medicine has shown great potential in regulating TRAF6 to prevent and treat OP due to its multi-component and multi-target effects. A variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers regulate OC and improve OP by inhibiting the over-expression of TRAF6 and blocking the activation of TRAF6-mediated signaling pathways. Further exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine monomers regulating TRAF6 on OC is expected to provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of OP. |
