      骨质疏松症由于其严重的致病后果同时较高的发病率已经成为我国老年人的头号健康潜在威胁,而OPG/RANK/RANKL信号通路主要通过影响破骨细胞分化成熟,从而在骨质疏松症的发病机制中占据了重要地位,是许多抗骨质疏松药品开发的重要研究靶点之一。为了探究OPG/RANK/RANKL信号通路在骨质疏松症中的作用机制及中医药干预现状和进展,通过CNKI、WANFANG DATE、中华医学期刊全文数据库、Web of Science、Pub Med数据库,以骨质疏松症、OPG/RANK/RANKL、中药和中药方剂为关键词检索近10年相关文献报道,结果显示许多中药及其有效成分和中药方剂都可通过调控OPG/RANK/RANKL信号通路抑制破骨细胞,改善骨质疏松症,增加骨强度,提示中药及其有效成分和中药方剂能有效防治骨质疏松症,同时在药物研发方面具有极大的潜力和应用前景。

      Osteoporosis has become the number one potential health threat to the elderly in China due to its serious pathogenic consequences and high incidence rate. OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis mainly by affecting the differentiation and maturation of osteoclasts. It is one of the important research targets for the development of many anti-osteoporosis drugs. In order to investigate the mechanism of action of OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway in osteoporosis and the status quo and progress of Chinese medicine intervention, CNKI, WANFANG DATE, Chinese Medical Journal full-text Database, Web of Science, Pub Med database were used to investigate the role of OPG/RANK/ RANKL signaling pathway in osteoporosis. By using osteoporosis, OPG/RANK/RANKL, Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine prescriptions as keywords to search relevant literature reports in the last 10 years, the results showed that many Chinese medicines, their active ingredients and Chinese medicine prescriptions could inhibit osteoclasts, improve osteoporosis and increase bone strength by regulating OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway. It is suggested that Chinese medicine and its effective ingredients and Chinese medicine prescriptions can effectively prevent osteoporosis, and have great potential and application prospect in drug research and development.
