| 番茄红素属于类胡萝卜素家族,是一种天然的抗氧化剂。最新的研究表明,番茄红素的抗炎及抗氧化的作用显著,能够通过抑制破骨细胞介导的骨吸收、促进成骨细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞介导的骨形成影响骨代谢,具有治疗骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的潜在价值。本文概述番茄红素的理化特性、番茄红素对骨代谢影响的相关动物实验及临床实验,并着重讨论了番茄红素对骨代谢影响的机制,旨在为OP的研究提供新的思路。 |

| Lycopene belongs to the carotenoid family and is a natural antioxidant. The latest research shows that lycopene has significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which may affect bone metabolism by inhibiting osteoclast-mediated bone resorption and promote bone formation mediated by osteoblasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. It has potential value in treating osteoporosis (OP). This article provides an overview of the physicochemical properties of lycopene and its effects on bone metabolism according to relevant animal and clinical experiments, and focuses on discussing the mechanism of lycopene's effects on bone metabolism, aiming to provide new ideas for the study of osteoporosis. |
